It was an absolute joy to have Jake as part of our family. Every part of our home has an association with Jake attached to it and it will never feel the same without him here. In his time with us, he saw milestone moments that include elementary, high school, and university graduations as well as many special birthdays. In challenging times, he was always our unwavering ray of light and gave us a reason to smile every day. Heaven has gained a wonderful soul when he was called back home. While we know we’ll meet again, we’ll greatly miss him and feel privileged for all the precious memories.
